Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of CallUp, a marketplace operated by CallUp Healthcare Experts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“CallUp”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
What CallUp is
CallUp connects organizations in the business of healthcare with vetted experts for full-time roles and fractional or project work, and offers a community and a vendor directory. CallUp is not an employer, staffing agency or party to any engagement or employment relationship that results. Organizations and experts make their own decisions and agreements.
Your account
- Give accurate information about yourself, your organization and your experience, and keep it current.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
No patient information
CallUp is not designed to hold protected health information. Do not upload, record, write or share patient information anywhere on CallUp, including resumes, recordings, project files, messages, deal rooms and community posts.
Vetting, matching and AI
- We use AI tools to draft profiles from what you share, transcribe recordings, suggest matches and summarize information for our team.
- People, not AI, decide who is approved to the bench and who is put forward to an organization. AI output is advice to our team.
- You can review and edit your profile before it is submitted. Tell us if anything we drafted is wrong.
- Approval, matching and introductions are at our discretion. We do not guarantee any engagement, role or outcome.
Introductions and the mutual NDA
Organizations see anonymous candidate cards. Names and contact details are shared only after both sides accept the mutual nondisclosure agreement presented in the app. You agree to honor that NDA for any introduction you accept.
Fees
Experts and job seekers do not pay to use CallUp. Organizations may be charged for postings, passes or a percentage of consulting engagements that start through CallUp, as shown before they commit. During the private beta some fees are waived. If an engagement starts through a CallUp introduction, both sides agree not to arrange it outside CallUp to avoid fees that apply.
Community and conduct
- Be professional. No harassment, discrimination, spam, misleading claims or sharing others' confidential information.
- Don't share anything you don't have the right to share, including client names or documents you're bound to keep confidential.
- Healthcare referral, fee and marketing arrangements can be regulated. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give CallUp permission to store, process and display it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy, including showing anonymized parts of your profile to organizations.
Disclaimers and limits
CallUp is provided as is during the private beta. To the extent the law allows, CallUp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of organizations, experts or vendors you meet through the platform.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
